Recipes for connecting a business's tools to its AI through PUDL, and schemas for the data every small business has. Curated: anyone reads them, only the library's curators write them, and each version is published once a second curator confirms it. Shared under CC0-1.0.

A recipe is a proposal, never an action: it becomes a connection only when an owner or admin adds it to their business, and runs only after a person approves it. Agents find these with pull library=true and add one with connect.
